I experienced Capoeria more then 15yrs ago and had always some stop because of small injuries. Always thought my body was unable but now I realize most of Capoeria class don't approach the necessery training to develop strentgh for peolpe who are not used to this kind of movement. Now I am 40 and trying to do it my way of "movement", approaching the ground from the very basic training. Of course community, playing roda etc. have a great value but thanks to people like you, who can't or don't feel confortable with following class, can organize and move better on his own, improving coordination and the different kind of strength with fun

I've been exercising for about 16 years, and after many types, routine, and adaptations of exercises, I can see now Capoeira one of the best routine of exercise movements that men should do. I've seen many of your basic moves tutorials and it's great, nice and slow and all. keep it coming. Once I'm moderate at this I'll upload a video of mine and credited to you. Thank bro.

after transitioning into almost only bodyweight for strength training in these last 5 months, i started tracking this content. i trained capoeira for 2 years over 10 years ago so this stuff isn't all new. man i wish i saw these back then.. anyhoo, as my mobility & strength increases, i'm incorporating capoeira movements into my routines and i think i'm doing better than i ever did before. ex: i just got s-dobrados somewhat properly for the first time ever tonight (never could "throw" myself over and get the arc in the past ). back then i wasn't paring the bodyweight & movements, just did drills only. the progression is VERY gradual but i've definitely realized gains so far in this next chapter of the fitness journey. i'm a big fan of this content. i also like "redefining strength" for some great movements, but this gets the adrenaline going. my flow still sucks, but i guess the point is i'm still having fun. thanks for posting!
