Wow! Thank you for sharing. I loved exercise 2 the most... never thought of that movement and I can't even go parallel, just goes to show how tight my legs are but I'm working on my mobility everyday! I was wondering if you could do a tutorial video for the turning back kick you do at 0:06? I just learnt this in my recent capoeira class but still have trouble finding where to put my hands, legs and how to kick high. Thanks!

The assisted martelos exercise was the bummer for me. Did not thought I am that less mobile when doing such side kicks. Could not lift my leg 90 degree to the wall just 75 degree. Any idea what muscle could be shortened?
@OfficialRAWTRICKS4 жыл бұрын
Might be a hip mobility issue, maybe include some hip and leg mobility drills and stretches
@InYourFaceMoFo4 жыл бұрын
@@OfficialRAWTRICKS partially it was even that when I tried to kick 90 degree that both thighs started to collapse a bit and I lost control for a moment. All copeira stuff requires this mobility regarding the kicks in all their styles. Seems I have found another weakness of my body 😭😁
@InYourFaceMoFo4 жыл бұрын
@@OfficialRAWTRICKS my son tried too and same problems as me. I did a youtube mobility hip test which was avg to good. I think my problem is weak gluteus and adductors. Sorry about the adductors. Its the hip ABductors which seem to be too tight also having a pelvic tilt sitting all day before the computer.

excelent routine, i have a question: in "back to the middle" one rep is squat- lunge or squat-left lunge-squat- right lunge? thanks
@OfficialRAWTRICKS7 жыл бұрын
+Jordán Echeverría hi thanks for the comment appreciated, back to the middle is lunge to squat, so if you have the left knee down, you will jump into squat and switch into the right knee.

I see. But in some similar moves you've done before you don't do them on the heels. What the idea behind avoiding this motion of the knees passing the toes? Curious to learn why. Would incorporates some of these in my training. Nice moves by the way.
@OfficialRAWTRICKS7 жыл бұрын
+Adam Johnston for safety, every joint has it's determined range of motion, when doing an unnatural movement can be a major risk of injury, torn ligaments, ruptures and such, so i try to avoid injuries at all times, specially knees, ankles, they are very easy to injure.
