I use a piece of velcro cut in the shape of the bottom of the chair legs and stick them on to avoid scratches. Soft and safe for wood floors.

Your home is very beautiful! I miss my bedroom when living with my mom it was a sage green and she made me beautiful curtains to match out of sheets. I was hoping to buy out my siblings portion of the house when my mom passed away but, was unable to do that. I hope by next summer to buy my own little house and I would like to paint the living room a sage green. I love plants, I love to sew and make other crafts. I love your bread bag idea I do not know why I never thought of that. I also save all my cardboard tubes for other projects but for sure I am going to use that for drapes next time. I made my own kitchen valance and bathroom valance just with a hem line. Thank you for wonderful ideas. The little flat where I am now is very tiny and I do not have much storage space. Thank you also for the pillow case idea. I think I will start making my pillow cases in that style. When I see pretty pillow cases at yard sales I buy them and i make purses out of them. Oh am so happy i tune in i love the idea of the picture hanging .With tape brilliant I just hanged up one of those .Frames in my dining room. I came up with my own idea .I tied a string on each end.
