Oil gilding, sizing, glue.. Are all these words interchangeable? A mention of what sizing is or means would have been informative. Any recommendation for the "sizing" used? Am new to this, and the vocabulary alone is a bit confusing XD

@@MontMarteArt This helped me because I had the same question. The next question I have is do you have to apply anything to the finished product to protect it? I'm planning on doing some gold leafing on rocks and starfish. I've heard people say the gold leaf tarnishes over time and can flake off, so I'm wondering if there is some kind of finish coat. @@Beehighfive Hi there, thanks for reaching out! Yes you can definitely apply some Gloss Acrylic Varnish to protect your goldfleaf art. You can also use Acrylic Medium Gloss or Matte as a varnish 😊
