Victory gardens were also popular during WW2 as well as WW1. It should have been implemented during the covid debacle. Knowing how to grow your own food is timeless and a way to stay alive. No food, no life. Learn folks.

Well said, plus the home grown food is way healthier and better tasting then the stuff they sell from thousands of miles away

Mother had a peach tree ready for harvest ( 3-4 bushels ) . Woke up in the morning and all the peaches were gone ( not even 1 drop left ) . When your neighbors are hungry . Mother cried .

Fix your vehicle! 😂We did everything ouselves on our car... until around 1995 (our car was already REALLY old). Modern cars on one's own? I'm afraid that's an illusion.🤷♀ But this mindset is really important. Thank you for inspiration to at least actively think about what we can do for ourselves.

Don't burn furniture that has been painted, stained or varnished. Careful for what you put in garden mulch, that it doesn't have ink, coloring or wax.

Whats the reasoning behind don't burn painted stuff... Cause if it's a means between staying warm what's toxic... Staying warm wins
