to be honest. If you produce at cost and remove the logo, the luxury market really isn't that expensive. The mark is about 80% of the actual price. But the fact that you are*preluxz* buying an image and showing off your taste to make them think you are richer than you are is a very good thing to do.

Love that you featured other luxurious brands with great quality and designs. In the Maya bag there is clearly inspiration from several other big brands. I had just been looking at the new version YSL Manhattan, and the Maya resembles that one along with a few others with much heavier price tags😊

I just found this, as I'm on the hunt for a new neutral bag. I love the Lalage Beaumont you have, in taupe (?). A question, one year on. How has the gold finish stood up? 24 carat gold is notoriously soft and easily damaged (as proven by the state of my wedding ring 40 years on).

Excellent video! When you make it to the JD store in Paris, could you please do a close up footage of the closure hardware of the Diane? I’m very interested and curious about the quality of it. Does it feel substantial, does it feel luxe, is it perfect finished, do you see flaws? Let me know your first hand experience with the closure and hardware. I got the SLG from there via online and personally I feel that the hardware of the SLG could be elevated a bit more. It’s just that I am comparing with Hermes hardware, so it’s a high high standard to compare with. Appreciate if you can get up close with this Diane bag’s hardware for me. Nice sélection. I had the opportunity to visit the Burlington arcade Lalage Beaumont boutique this last spring. I wasn't able to choose. Too many beautiful bags. I am also considering buying a Celine 16 this winter. The only bag of your selection I don't like is the Aspinal because of its hardware. It looks like a 70's middle school bag.

I wouldn’t say the wine red is a deep dark red no, it could be darker. You can definitely tell it’s red. Taupe is nice and they also have the gold colour. Maybe ask them to send you some pictures or a video side by side, you might find that helpful. Let me know! They’re lovely pieces 💖

I think we may have become accustomed to huge price increases from big brands that it distorts out view of price. It does for me. Lalaga don’t have the huge marketing budgets / stores all over the world like Chanel, LV. I’ve not had any quality issues and they also have a repair service if there are any issues or wear and tear. You can always contact them directly if you wanted more information
