Great actor, great singer (I have his latest album and a few earlier songs), and he's absolutely adorable with kids. He just really cares about people. lol Last three are pretty handsome too, but have to acknowledge how korean pop culture has influenced chinese pop culture during the last 5-10 years. Wang Kai might fit into the handsome men criteria you guys picked, and he is very popular in China even with the younger generation. TV dramas have a BIG influence. Also, for someone who's been done with kpop and kdramas for a while, my taste has changed a bit so yeah, but I still think the last three are still handsome.
