+Chang Jessica I actually fit in two or three of these, but it does not make me feel like beauty at all. I agree with you, one's self esteem should not get affectet by those silly challenges. On top of that allcountries have diffenrent standarts of beauty, so you sure are consedered very beautiful somewhere. Like in Asia, they like consider people with pale skin pretty, white I was teased because of that. Seems like here, in Europe, tanned people are those who are beautiful.

sadly people in china (mostly women) are heavily judged for their looks especially if they are not wealthy. even if a person didnt care that much about their looks. they feel pressured and think they should care, thus making the chinese seem more narcissistic

My doctor told me my body is healthy just the way it is and I don't need to lose weight, but my mom, my dad, my friends, and my roommates all told me that I need to lose weight. It's really hard to love your body with all these pressure. There were times that I even questioned my doctor and wondered if she was lying to make me feel better. Whenever that happens, I always try to keep my reason and remind myself that I don't need to follow these so called beauty standards just because people think I'm not perfect.

+Chang Jessica if you feel confident about your body, you don't need to lose weight cause somebody tell you so. They have body image issue, not you. I myself accept who I am, no matter what i do, I can't compete with the social beauty standard so i feel fine about myself. Shallow girls think beauty defines everything. I have seen many beautiful people inside out and I don't think beauty can cure how shallow someone is.

Thank you for making this video! I think a LOT of girls need to hear this from guys especially. The amount of pressure we girls put on each other to be "perfect" is ridiculous and destructive. I would say that as long as you are physically healthy and feel comfortable in your own skin, NOBODY has the right to determine what you are! The beauty of somebody is not due to their body but their personality and how that shines through! :)

omg i actually knew about that belly button challenge and collar bone challenge when it was trending and tried it with my friends, the belly button was easy but i think its more about flexibility than skinniness. and the collarbone took me forever to do because when i tried to take a picture of the quarters in my collarbones the coins would fall down each time lol
