Currently running 5111 Gorgo w/ EXP LC, EXP Nevsky w/ 5521 Mehmed, and a 5511 Ram w/ 5511 ZL. Ill get more Gorgo sculptures from the MGE, and I'm currently saving for next archers. I dont believe next inf will be as good considering how good LC and gorgo are, but hey if they're good enough I might invest in them. And before anyone ask, the reason im not running alex with LC is because I never got alex to a good skill level early on.

New players should be Aethelflaed. Everybody will max her and her first relic is free. It will be a while til Aeth is pushed from ur lineup. Then she can focus on barbs with ur leftover green gear crap. She isn't great BUT she has no ifs and is rock solid til u can replace her far into future.

Unfortunately youll never convince me as an old player thats returning to the game that ysg isnt one of best commanders out there, overall the f2p and low spender get a huge value on the field. Would it be barbs or fighting, excelent archer lead/backup march, beautiful on garrison. But thats personally just me idk Love the support for new players/updates for returning veterans❤

There is a tiny thing wrong with this video. Chisgule makes the same oversight. And THAT is... ...you have to PLAY the early game. I submit there are 'must have' commanders for the early game too. Gold heads should be saved up, of course. But you cannot wait until the endgame to worry about commanders if you wish to progress in campaign mode, and be more effective in Canyon, and for a host of other reasons. Commanders you SHOULD try to get, but waste few to zero gold heads on, include Richard, Charles, YSG, Mejmed (whatever your 'luck' allows) and ones where universals are not an issue, such as Mini and Aethel; in the early game, Tzu, Joan, Kusunoki, Baibars are epics you really do "need" in the early game. Just save your gold heads and experience tomes so you can get the end game 'must have commanders' when you can.

I hava a scipio 5551 and liu 1111, is there a chance by the time i finish liu che, scipio would get benched by a better commander. Im a vip 15 so i get 3 GH per day for free

It's definitely possible but really hard to say. And even if he does, it probably wont be by much. For example, the past 2 commander releases haven't been anything too impressive so there's no reason to expect infantry to be something explosive. I think Scipio/LC will still be good a year from now or more

I see this in most of the video, if you expertise YSG before/during kvk1 it is ok, then you can focus on another legendary. But as a low spender or F2P this to me impossible to get the 500+ heads required to expertise any legendary so early in the games.

I have 700 heads. Running scipio guan maxed both. Liu che 5551 alex maxed. Need one archers and one cav march also. My ysg is maxed. What should i invest in. Have decent equipment for archers. Should i do 5551 both herman and zhuge. Or max one of them and pair with ysg.

I have to say I was somewhat relieved to hear that Beli P wasn't such a must have commander. Now I can still get my Zhuge to max, he's at 5553, Then my Liu Che is now at 5111, so before next kvk I need to get him to 5551 or whatever the "Lowest approved" skills are for field. And of course I just got Hermann open so I need to get him there as well, but not in hurry with him, I do have Boudica P with Zhuge. What I need is a replacement for Guan, I'm so ready to drop him from lineup.

I would say leave ZL where it is, and focus on expertizing Liu che, liu che at 5551 is good but doesn't make a huge difference, but at expertise he is the best in the game

To me Liu Che is the most important commander to expertise asap. he has the strongest expertise in the game bar none. after that is ZL, Nev, Joan, Scipio is great, but lets see what we will get on the next infantry cycle

I don't mean to be rude, but any new player should know that they can pay for one "honourable mention", wait 2 to 6 months for other honourable mentions and the best part of a year for everything else. Which is all fine and dandy, but if you're a new player, then you have some work to do. I've known worse games for grind (much worse), but most of the goodies here are for people that have been very, very disciplined. For about a year.

I have a question about fight to death talent in the attack tree of Liu Che! It deals 6% more damage also take 3% more damage - 6% all damage good but taking more 3% damage in a murder ball means all incoming aoe deals 3% it will cause more negative effects than the more damage he deals right? Yo guys, im in KD 3520 right now and on day 18. I have almost 200 gold keys right now and waiting for last week of lucern scroll to open all for the progression and for the 200 achievement. Since this KD is kinda new should i really use all 200 keys or wait until more commanders release? bc right now there arent that many to get so i feel it might be a waste to use all 200 right now. thanks for your help :)

Gold keys only have a few limited commanders that cone from them (Martel, Pyrrus, Cao, Mehmed, ect)...that doesn't change no matter your kingdom age.

HONORABLE MENTION >Situational< - Boudica Prime, Huo Qubing, guan yu, [Skipping Engineer for now] Focus one march first for equipment, go right to blue equipment except Cav > Green spear + Green vanguard legs rest blue. Inf > Green Blessed blade, Green top Breastplate rest blue. Archer > Green Helm of the Phoenix, white sturdy boots, rest blue Leadership [mostly Green equipment offers Barbarian stats] Integration [Mostly Green offers Barbarian stats similar to Leadership, don't recommend equipment early in for Integration and Leadership should only be Aethelflaed due to Barbarians] *Max all first skill for commanders 5 FIRST. *Save Gold Sculptures as they are very important use for the top commanders at the time you are playing ( Google is your best friend for obtaining this info) *Vip spend gems mostly only on Vip till 10+ AND collect vip chest reward DAILY. use only small amount gems for wheel fortune *Level gathering commanders to only level 40 for now *First primary commanders only need equipment, as equipment does not take affect for secondary commander! *Create a second account for soul purpose to gather resources will understand fast to why. *Upgrade Economic Technology as quickly as possible *Do not use Speed ups outside of events!! I go with joan primary because she just takes less damage with the emergency protection where it reduces skill damage taken by 15% 50% of the time.

Excellent advice given in this video, but I I think this video is more geared towards mid-game players than newcomers. I think you missed the mark a little on the title as this video won't really benefit new players. I could be wrong about this but to my knowledge, new players start in fresh kingdoms which won't have access to many of the commanders mentioned in this video until much later in the game. I would have talked about commanders like Charles Martel or Thutmose III in this list, as these are gold key commanders who are instantly available to the player and will help them greatly in the early game, but are still able to pull their own weight even in the mid/late game

New players need to be thinking about end game from day 1 unless they're going to spend thousands of dollars. If I give advice on Martel, you'll be completely misled 7 months into your account and get completely stomped at end game and just quit lol
