Lovely makes all around Cath:) Love that Vernazzi bikini, what a knockout suit! I made a vibrant pink Fiona sundress back before my last pregnancy but never quite settled on buttons. I was going to use snaps but then flip-flopped on clear buttons. When I was just listening to your review it dawned on me, duh! Use denim buttons! 😆 My fabric is a lighter weight stretch denim so I may have to shop around for proper buttons. Anyways, once the rest of the baby weight comes off I’ll add them. Enjoyable vlog. I had some hand sewing to do so it was nice to listen to you chat about your makes 😄

You can get stabiliser to put into the neckline when you are sewing it.

Firstly I am impressed that you have completed your make 9 for this year. I think you're the first of the people I follow who plan a make 9 who have made all the items they planned. And before December too! Regarding the Coco dress and ponte. Like you I prefer not to use polyester ponte - I don't find it comfortable at all. Have you tried a ponte made from rayon? I like it. I find I do need to expect it to stretch vertically as I wear it - but you can plan for that in the make.

Thank you! 😊 I had a bit of a random shaped piece of fabric to use for my cropped jarrah as it was the leftovers from cutting out the Hudson pants. It would have been less than 1m (I got both the Hudson’s and the cropped jarrah out of 2m) xxx
