This lawsuit have been filed by the lawyer and NBC news did and investigative report on it. The only facts we have at this time is didddy and Jay were on an after party at a club. The celebrities the accuser talk to were not New York at that time. The person that drop her off allegedly is dead and her father who pick her up does not remember the event in NYC. While all of this she lived in buffalo which is a 5 hour drive. Knowing all that Buzbee decided to file the lawsuit and put the name of Jay z on it? He will be lucky if he have a license by the end of next year.

NBC did an interview with this lady 3 days ago. But @Law&Crime Network not talking about that. there are so many inconsistencies in this woman’s story of which she has admitted to. And even her dad has said he think he will remember if he drove five hours to pick her up in five hours back home so even he doesn’t believe this has happened. I feel like law and crime. It has an agenda. They really push certain stories to the max while others they just gloss over. The law states that if a person brings a case as an adult, regarding abuse when that person was a minor, they are permitted errors in times/dates up to 6 years. 🤷🏻‍♀️ All of the victim's recollections match the year of 2003 rather than 2000. This is only 3 years. We don't have the answer of innocence or guilt but should look at the facts not what we want to see.

The interview with the girl in question was not compelling in the slightest. The story is full of holes, and none of the people she mentions as witnesses are backing her up. Jay Z and Diddy were in two separate places at the time this allegedly took place. I'm sure Jay Z is guilty of something, but not this.
