I’m about to meet my twin flame in real life and I am soooo anxious to meet them 😭 I’ve actually “known” them for over three years.. but I’m finally trying to work up the courage to meet up with them in real life.. I’ve never felt this anxious and scared before. I always used to be addicted to relationships. Always had to be in one. Well, 4-5 years ago I decided to heal all my deep wounds and learn to be alone. I’ve been alone now for almost 5 years and my twin flame has been trying to meet me in real life for 3 of those years. I’ve always resisted and never knew why. I’ve always pushed them away. I heard this is common with twin flames and I really just feel like he’s my twin because we always somehow come back to each other and start talking again. I’ve actually never even spoken to him on the phone and will be today. Ahhh I’m so nervous lol this just feels sooo different and I haven’t even met him in person yet! It’s the strangest thing I have ever gone through in my life but I’m determined to put my anxiousness and nervousness aside and see him 😭 I want to run so fast away, like I’ve done for years now. I relate to you! I’ve never dated anyone like my twin, he’s the complete opposite from the guys from my past. My past relationships felt fake and they tried to use me for their own desires. Not to mention i have venus in pisces so i wanted to help them and believed the manipulation and lies. Karmic relationships usually end when you learn the lesson. But twin flames can last forever if they commit and work on their relationship. I think I have mine. It worked as soon as we met and we both had this feeling of being whole and at home. René told he feels like he already knows me. We moved together after over a month apart because i had to visit Lithuania because of the university. He was even ready to come and take me back if there were any problems, so we could be together. It wasn't always smooth and perfect, but now it's really harmonic. We are happily married. We still hold hands when we walk. We are happy to meet again after physical separation, like work. We cuddle a lot, we touch each pther a lot. Not just sexually, cuddling on a couch or in bed, stroking each other, holding hands is very pleasant. We share lots of values and we have common goals and wishes in life. Being with him feels unreal sometimes. He is very caring and loving, he even packs my bag for work or makes sure I have an umbrella when it's raining. He buys me my favorite snacks. I also enjoy showing him that I care. Sometimes it feels like we are one being in two bodies...

When my boyfriend I met for the first time, we didnt say much really but we could just feel each other looking every time thru out the evening . .when we shook hands to say good night, felt a warm electrical shock go thru my hand then the body . He called the next day and came over and we talked forever it seemed. Confessing to me he said he felt an electric shock to. Every day when talking on the phone, we would be eating the same thing, doing the same thing. 2 weeks later he moved in. It's now been almost 5 years since then and still going strong. I think I met have met mine. It's not romantic mostly because we're both involved with other people. So we will try to stay away from each other but end up always being near each other. Also when we started talking it was like we had the same thoughts. It's pretty cool

Same. It's a real mess. Both of us have children as well. But no matter how hard I try to cut the cord or ignore her existence, I wake up thinking about her, I go to bed thinking about her. When I try to meditate, she's there. And it is a heartspace thing. It's not something I could really explain to anyone. I know she feels the same. Only the 2 of us really understand the dynamic. It's so beautiful and amazing but at times painful, mostly because we aren't currently speaking and my ego constantly worries that I'm gonna lose her. But I've let go of any expectations. He used to call me his mini me. We are so much alike yet are differences help each other grow. I feel like we fit like a glove. Everything you say is so scary true. Known each other for about 4 years. It’s funny cause I think we have the same issues and same problems. And how we relate to our mother is very similar. Same interests of leisure. Oddly we both were going through a car accident lawsuit about the same time. Except mine lasted 3 years and his about a year. Another odd thing he always called me after having a dream about him, or calling me on my birthday (without being mindful on what day it is) I just felt we communicated with our energy when we are together. We don’t share a lot of our personal lives/emotions but he tells me personal things that I wouldn’t expect. Idk. I just know in my soul that this guy is it. The first interaction it was magnetic. It’s like I feel so comfortable but yet Something inside me makes it compelling and stirs something inside me. We both hurt each other. I feel like we are in that separation phase. I have so much unconditional love for him. And care so deeply for him. We both struggle with the same things but as I start to show more how I appreciate him and care for him he does the same. ❤️❤️ knowing this that it’s a twin flame just makes it more secure to me. I have so much to say but feel like I don’t know what else to say. Funny you mentioned about the illusion of wanting space and separation. I love being by myself and I love having him over. I’ve met my twin one year ago, he has so different from other people.. i was thinking why I feel that peace and calmness when i talk with him (usually i am nervous around guys) but now he is in relationship because i didn’t know he is the one and almost chose my ex boyfriend. i cry. when i do step 9... im happy... shes the only one there. I cant explain why i cry... it seems so hopeless. ive been here for 2 years. i miss her now. I know im ignoring myself in so many ways. I only know because of her. I didnt realize how far behind I let myself get. she tells me that I need to do these things for myself and not for her. but she ran..... and shes told me Ive been forgotten. That she never loved me. but shes the only home ive ever felt... and i just wanna go home... i wanna do this.. i just dont understand how and where im NOT loving myself... this is so hard. I know that theres no one out there who will ever come as close to my soul and heart as she does. No one seems to understand. But i barely understand how to explain it. All i know is it feels like something ive never seen or heard of or felt ever in my entire life. It was instantaneous. it was immediate. the synchronicity. Even if i could find someone anything like her. The synchronicity wouldnt be there also? and surely the shared visions for life wouldnt be there..... I never had to compromise for her.... ever.... not even with the television... not with our adventures.... not with restaurants.... food.... we always seemed to be thinking the exact same thing... or looking at the same thing... wanting the exact same thing.. a house.... 4 bedrooms.... 2 cars... an office.. a backyard... im allowed chickens... but no livestock lol..... and a dog.. and a cat... in washington state or oregon... thank you for this.... i know this is alot... but ive held so much in for so long because i have NO ONE who can understand even the most advanced people i know.... they dont get it.... so I cant tell anyone.... im afraid that they will think less of her... or less of me.... or tell me that theres other fish in the sea or something... when theres just NOT. they wont understand. so why tell them. so i just hide it... deep inside myself. where no one can ever see.... but it makes me feel like ill never be able to be honest with anyone except for her ever again. obviously im struggling.... but if it LOOKS like anything right now... it looks COMPLETELY HOPELESS and it sounds even more hopeless.... and i dont know what to do. i dont have options anymore.... all i can do is ... live.... but it feels so empty without her..... some days i think.... maybe if i didnt know her.... if i didnt meet her.... i wouldnt feel this alone.. but shes the only time ive ever felt happy..... so i wouldnt ever wish i didnt meet her.

Me and my wife this was what we new from the beginning and my wife said that I felt familiar and like home and I used a different terminology but the same. Everything is on point and more how we new and even dreamed about each other previously but tuff in the beginning but now we have 9 kids and another on the way, still counting. I'm so lost. And not lost. I know I've gone thru or am going thru my awakening and feel like it may have been triggered years ago as I became enveloped in a crippling depression that lasted 5 yrs, finally coming out of it as I sought things completely foreign to me such as meditation, energy work, lifestyle changes I never anticipated or even thought of & it's been such an emotional but enlightening journey BUT The depression was spawned after my life just crashed; personally, professionally, emotionally, mentally... A relationship ended that I'd been in & out of several years. We were volatile together but electric. We couldn't stay away from each other but couldn't be with each other (unless being intimate). Even tho I wouldn't even call what we had a relationship, the end of it left me broken in a way I'd never been before. Even now after all these years, not a day goes by where I don't still feel drawn for some reason & it makes me crazy. On the other side of that my best, closest and dearest friend is an ex (dated 5 yrs prior to the toxic one). We are each other's 'person' but it's been a rough road riddled with depression, addiction, good, bad, happy & sad. Although we've both seen other people, we're always there for each other 1st. We talk about trying again but his alcohol addiction is something I can't live with. I won't but I fear he's going to succumb to it even tho it's killing him & tearing his life apart...(cue the tears). Idk how to help him & my heart breaks for him. I'm gonna stop on this note bc it is so painful to think about 💔 I question whether or not he may be mine but what if it never comes to be for reasons above? Destiny of loneliness?

I love my twin a lot but she hasn’t had the experiences that I have she hasn’t had the same spiritual experiences that I have had. And even though I know she loves me my spiritual awakening pushed her away. I had to go through some things to grow spiritually and she took it to heart. And now I’m just waiting for her to have some type of spiritual encounter. Its so confusing sometimes because some people feel so right until its time to part and desires and other things change. I know my ex of 10 years was in my life to teach me about myself and how to connect with others so no regrets about that experience but we were not twin flames even though for the first 4 years it felt like we will last forever. And I notice ofter that when I change something in myself other people (not even close to me people) are changing there views as well so its hard for me to tell sometimes if I’m aligning with somebody or I’m just changing vibrations around me. I felt comfortable around him since the day we meet for the first time and I actually talked a lot around him which had never happened with no other guy I’ve liked before because I am usually shy or don’t feel comfortable around them, but with him it was different. Hi this makes a lot of sense for us. We are actually creating our life now together. We desire a house together with our family ( parents, step parents, siblings and cats) together, buying a car together, decorating our home ( putting a music and video game room in our new home). Me and his sister now are decorating our apartment now ( me and him even talk about it together in person and we both love it). We live together now and my Step dad and his sister. I create drawings and his sister does decor with differ appliances and other cool things). Somethings might take a bit to come into fruition but we trust it. We both value honesty, loyalty and trust and self care and stability and responsibility. Though we are building together I do see us already committed because I have committed to myself and to him through our hearts. I remember that I started losing interest in my ex husband because he would not take care of himself. I was already self healing ( and still doing so ) before I met my true tf. I am working on quitting smoking. I'm thinking of going to vape. I'm using patches. Of course it isn't the easiest but I'm still working at it. We are also bettering our health. He also has a busy work schedule but still shows the same commitment as I do for him and for myself. We are happy to be alive each day. He isn't with anyone else but I have seen when he was and it was painful but even the that I could still feel the truth and saw it. I never left his side. His family is awesome and very supportive of us and I'm so grateful. Yes I truly value myself above all. I also value me and him equally above all. I love myself and him so much that I've turned down other men. Not for society's false beliefs but because I truly know and feel in my heart that we are truly worthy of one another. Yes very true. We met when we were both homeless and I told him that I still accept you for you. It doesn't matter how you look to me. To me we are both beautiful on all levels. That's true. Actually I've noticed if you don't love yourself you cause a reflection of them running from you and vice versa. Sometimes if I'm not doing good at the time I distant myself to heal myself because we all deserve to have love and harmony within us which attracts it in your outer world. All this I'm still learning. You still learn things in union and reunion. The healing never goes away.we still heal daily. Thank you so much
