JujuForTheWin I work near a very touristy area. The Ipadamus Monstrous is one of the more puzzling/odd species I see lurking about. I also see a lot of the "Cellphonus PinchZoomus" variety.

You missed the most dodgy one: Toggus Finus Artus... He only shoots in black and white and uses his "Art" title as an excuse to shoot naked girls. Every 10th shot he takes is out of focus and modest, with concealing lighting. This is what he shows to his friends and family to legitimize his "art". The other 9 are pin sharp, well-lit and shockingly explicit. These he keeps in a special folder on his computer called "Tax returns"...

You forgot to mention the "Photographus Studious" - a species not commonly found in "the wild" - preferring secluded habitats called "sets". (When they do venture into the open - they may be mistaken as Gear-Whore-Us because of all their gear - differentiated only by the fact that Photographus Studios usually venture out in packs. In the wild, we see pack hierarchy demonstrated - there are alphas, betas and lots of omegas. They may venture to other "sets" - they issue mating calls that call hither their preferred subjects. Though they can be highly dignified, their control freak nature makes them prone to elitism and compulsive episodes of shooting the same subject for hours and hours. Warning: DO NOT disturb in session lest you want to be attacked.

Photography has become so complicated today. I have been remembering the days when I just bought a cheap 35mm camera, put in some film and 2 batteries and I was done. I think I am mising those days. Throwing away half the dud photos was a good thing. Also the price of the film helped reduce the number of photographs and made things a lot more simple.

Looking forward to the next episode!! I'm rather interested to learn how I mate in the wild. Also you missed a specie unique to the wild concrete jungle of Hong Kong - the Chinese-Touristus. You can spot them by the long, metallic, white tubes that are the extension of their eyes, though such extensions are not always fixated to their eyes, and may sometimes dangle by their necks instead. They thrive in parts of the concrete jungle where gold, handbags and other exclusive leatherwear or clothes are plentiful. Another way to spot members of this incredible specie is also by the loud noise they make, as this specie is also extremely territorial, and will hiss and sound at the sight of any possible enemy. Which, given the dense area of the jungle, is very common.
