You should watch dr. Eric bergs videos he uses a white board to break things down, and follow his approach to visually & knowledgeably retain information. i been watching him for years and hes a goat at health stuff. I think It would really helps to lay out the points and have videos that are easy to come back to because its so point blank and easy to stay on track with whats talked about. Thank you so much for this video Cyn, the lesser oil or butters or cream we use, the cleaner the scalp will be and I guess that's why a scalp detox is important at this point to let the sebum come out. It can also be what you are ingesting into the body or the products you are using if you don't know your hair porosity. 😎

I have never ever had any kind of scalp problems at all. My scalp is naturally oily I don't get dandruff or an itchy scalp.

I have a pixie. My hairdresser asked if I moisturize throughout the week? I told her no, since I make weekly salon visits. Honestly, since I'm breastfeeding my hair is dry. She told me to apply a light grease throughout the week for moisture! Now, I'm searching for a new beautician. Am I wrong? She also told me weekly visits were too much, my hair should be washed every 2 weeks so natural oils can accumulate? Help!
