As a conservation scientist, I really appreciate that fact that you talk about the environmental (and social) impact of fast fashion brands and the importance of knowing where your clothes come from, so that we can all know better and hopefully make better choices in the future. Thank you

This is a wonderful video. I have reflected on my habits, and you hit a lot of areas that I have also changed. Fast fashion and overbuying is something we can all do without! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It’s important for influencers to be authentic, and that’s what sets you apart. Your content is more than just about clothes and style. You emphasize the person wearing the clothes, as well as the clothing! You’re someone I am proud to follow!

This video just reaffirmed why I follow you. So stunning, sexy, stylish and embracing of the woman you are not chasing or selling a message of what we women over 50 apparently should be! 🙏🙏🙏

i have always bought second hand, just works for me, embracing my body more lately too, I have always been objectified and so i always avoided getting any attention, now I am starting to relax about it and hopefully one day I will be able to enjoy it.

Always Always insightful helpful and calmly presented. I so love tuning in and picking up pointers I myself had worked in fashion industry for most of my career its been a love hate😅 relationship but when you go into it you have a sense of style but it's always evolving and you evolve with it and either you love it or you don't. I think when you know you know I can remember my first love of fashion and clothing from a very young impressionable age and that was from whaching the Saturday black and white movies the clothing in my eyes were stunning beautifully presented at the time I had not realised how it had shaped the way I have viewed clothing going forward I can say that was my way of looking for clothing that was well cut simple in design and I was for a very long time went by the saying less is more 😊so long story short classic lines are in some sense are my guide lines with great tailoring but I know what I like and I have never liked to look like every body else 😂😅 it's the Leo in me😊 Stay blessed always your channel is a blessing and always well received 🙏🏼

I follow a KZbin channel that emphasizes Mature makeup- she is amazing. I use red light therapy and also some facial acupuncture. Plus, just basic skin care. It all adds up. Most important, smile and be kind--that goes a long way. As a woman of a certain age, it is my responsibility to be an example to the younger women what this age can be like.

Excellent content! But I really got myself amazed in how good you made this asymmetrical top looks (gorgeous top, btw). I find quite difficult to find the correct underwear for this type of clothes (to look good and still, get the proper support). Do you have any content about this topic? The right underwear? Thank you!

Oh thank you! I'm actually wearing a strapless bra, but I have quite a small breast and I know strapless tops don't work for larger breasts. But try a few and see how it goes. Hope it helps x

Please advise on where to find clothes for an older 5 feet tall person. Most, if not all higher end clothing is made for taller ladies. It’s much more than shortening a hem.
@silvanapatrick_stylist7 ай бұрын
I know, it's not so much a question of brands but rather the right styles. It's a trial and error type of thing.

The most important things - not a completely neutral wardrobe. Thank you so much. And can I suggest that we give our clothes some tender loving care. Iron them, mend them tighten up the buttons if they are loose. They can go a long way if we care for what we have.
