Expose yourself to those hard hits in a safe manner. Get people to shoot at you as hard as they can and watch the ball go past once you’ve don’t that try and block it or hit it away, then try catching the ball. Over time you’ll get more confidence with hard hits because you’ll be used to those kicks from other players. Hope this helps

Nice work man I’m a really good goalie but I like being sweeper keeper and I try to keep the ball of my feet I rarely communicate Mabye with my defenders to mark but I’m never really committed like asking for a pass I will when my defenders under pressure

To speed up improvement you need to train more and with better players. Train until you can't get it wrong. A video about game sense is very difficult to do however many of my tutorials contain game sense within them whether that's sweeping, claiming crosses, shot stopping, 1v1, etc

I think one of the baddest habits I’ve seen is not training your game if you have the ball at your feet. As in the modern time your team is in a bad situation if they can’t play back to the goelkeeper

The only minimum is down to the team but unfortunately for you 5'4 at 17 doesn't look like the best odds unless your parents are tall.
