I'm so ready to be on this ship!! So miss being at sea. When I saw Blue Iguana for breakfast, a memory came to mind of walking out on deck in the morning for my burrito and all the sights, sounds and aromas. Could almost feel the warm sea breeze. One day sooner than later I hope!

We discovered breakfast at the Blue Iguana so late on our Vista cruise, and I was sad that we didn't get to enjoy it more. Definitely hitting it up more often on our Panorama cruise in 2022!

Our stateroom was right next to the pool area in the middle of the ship (11th floor, right next to the door). I would recommend finding a room away from any lounge/pool area if you're sensitive to sound or don't want to be up all night as some of their parties can run until 1AM or later.

I don't recommend being near room 6277. It's near the kid clubs. There's a back entrance to the arcade right across from 6277. So it's loud. And there's a smoking area just below on deck 5. Wish I would have known all of this before booking.

The Havana area was cool and peaceful. Comedy shows were too busy on the last couple days. Late night was cool.

Couldn't agree more about the design of the Liquid Lounge. We sailed the Vista in the Mediterranean in 2016 and every show we tried to watch in that lounge was obstructed. We gave up after a couple of days. Everyone complained about the design. I was hoping Carnival would change the design on the subsequent Vista-class ships, but unfortunately it doesn't appear they took the hint. Great video of the amenities on the Panorama!

I went on this cruise last week, for the fathers day week, The cruise was okay, i'd give it a 8/10 to be quite honest. For me something felt off about the ship/cruise, I've done the mexican riveria cruise before on the Miracle, and i enjoyed it, but on the Panorama, something felt off. I also didn't like how they would start cleaning the lide marketplace an hour before the food course time ended. I feel that the ship's interior was very compacted and lacked your traditional gold/brass colored and lit atrium that other carniuval ship have, i don't know, the Lobby, Mezzanine/Promenade/ Atrium area felt like it lacked window lighting too. I would of prefered the IMAX theather than the skyzone tbh lol. Still had a good time tho. Wished it would of left Cabo later too.

I love vista class! I wish Carnival would build a 4th vista class ship. My only complaint about vista class is that deck 5 doesn’t have the hot tubs like dream class ships I personally love Carnival Panorama’s shows. Broadway Beats is my favorite, but I also love Soulbound and Celestial Strings. Rock Revolution is okay, but I kinda wish they’d replace Rock Revolution with Latin Nights.

So surprised about the Panorama specific shows. LOVED all of the shows on Horizon... of course Celestial Strings was my fav. I’m typically not an atrium bar type of guy, but dreamscape on Horizon was my local haunt.

When compared to the Broadway caliber shows on newer Royal Caribbean or NCL ships, Carnival just fell short in that department to us.

For me.. I don't know. I agree with what you're saying about the Broadway style shows but to me.. Carnival being a fun ship/cruise line I'd rather they get rid of any Broadway style show and add more fun shows similar to the hasbro game shows, or lip sync battles or audience participation type shows. That's why I love carnival. If I want a Broadway type theatre show or something a bit higher end, then I'll go on someone else but guess what. Other cruise lines may have those shows but then they lack in other areas as well. So get rid of it and replace it with something more fun

Great review and good video. I would prefer a little less time spent on bar and drinking talk and more time on the other ship amenities though. Also, not really fair to say that Carnival's new original shows, when compared to other Line's watered down versions of classic Broadway musicals, needs updated and modern entertainment. You just said the opposite of what you said. I too would prefer the well known older musical knock-offs but I do give props to Carnival for trying to create new material.

Maybe you should search out what you're looking for? He covered a lot of content that I AM interested in and I'd have been disappointed with a bunch of gym/spa/kids club/sports deck stuff. I easily agree as well that the entertainment on Carnival needs an upgrade. A couple of the very newest production shows are good, but for the most part, especially if you end up on an older ship, you come away feeling like you just watched a highschool play. Carnival seriously needs to break away from the old formula and do something new.

Playlist production has been terrible on every ship we have been on. Not that the performers where bad just the shows were lacking in quality. other lines do have better shows and Carnival was much better before playlist.

Carnival's buffet sucks! The pizza sucks too. They taste like cardboard with pepperoni on top. Don't expect authentic Mexican food at the Blue Iguana stand!

well I really can't say yet to the shows on the Panorama, my sailing isn't until Oct, but I do have to say that is the whole point, of course its not updated, not everyone wants to see this new age stuff they have out there. some like to go down memory lane. However, I can see if its not done right and the singing, acting, dancing so on is a very sad attempt at recreating. I went to an 80's show on the miracle and it was a blast. Im not the type to dance or make a spectacle in front of people but that show made it all worth just letting loose.
