Carnival Panorama | HONEST and UNBIASED REVIEW (Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Cabo)

We took a 7 day summer cruise aboard the Carnival Panorama that saw us porting in Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo, Mexico. We had a great time and while there were things we certainly enjoyed about the experience, there were others that were not so hot.
