Thanks for this helpful video. Can you tell me of any areas/neighborhoods in Clemmons that have a lot more space between houses? I’m ok with being in subdivisions but I’m not ok with being stacked one on top of the other and being able to reach out my window and touch my neighbors house if you know what I mean :)

No passing the sugar through the kitchen window?? That's tough because there are a lot of them....here are a couple-Peppertree, Clemmons West, Rocklyn (older section), Waterford...plus lots of others that aren't in subdivisions. Many of the 2022 and newer will be closer together...if you want more specific help let me know! Jeff

Thanks for the video. Husband and I are trying to move to Lewisville, Clemmons, or Pfafftown in March. I love the Clemmons area. What are you thoughts about new construction?

Thanks for the video, I know it is a year old, but I was wondering what the political landscape is in the Clemmons area, does it lean liberal or conservative? Did everyone go into lock down mode during the new flu in 2020 and go around all masked up? these may be touchy topics but I am just looking for an area that is normal and how life used to be. I am suprised how much Clemmons has grown my wife and I liived there back in 2005 and there was pretty much nothing there. Oh you mentioned Publix, Loews foods and harris teeter but do they have a food lion? Thanks.

Thank you for your response. My family and I are trying to find an area where people are acting normal and not still falling for the covid farse. We moved out of Knoxville, TN because of all the restrictions and freedoms that were taken away there and we moved to the upstate of SC but we do not love it here even though we do like that most people here have not masked up and were and are living normally. Unfortunately the Christian schools in our area are extremely small and very clicky. I remember how much of a dictator NC Governor Cooper was during the covid flu and that is what worries us about considering moving to NC.@@JeffValentino
