Went to the showroom few years ago, one of my friend booked a unit but not me. Few weeks before, I went to my friend's unit VP somehow I felt lucky that I didn't go for it. first of all, the parking is not organized properly and the lane is so narrow that even driving a Altis have to be so careful can't imagine driving a MPV or a D-segment vehicle. Secondly, the facilities is not that impressed compare to the other condos with similar price range, the walk way to the unit is one of the most unpleasant one that I have experience the design was like weird more worst than low-cost house, there's no buffer zone from walk way to your unit so not sure where to put your shoe rack couldn't even install a grille...

Units facing KL will soon be blocked by Aurum Residence.

Yeah 🥹 but for corner unit still able to see KL views.

@@vlhee5782 that day I go feel still ok, because got sound proof and also the unit that I unbox will not have balcony. ☺

@@ireenter429 If you buy a condo and the window is always closed, I think this is not good at all, especially in terms of Feng Shui. FS is all about the flow of the air and has cross ventilation within the unit. You need to have an intake of fresh air.
