UOA的住宅项目的detailing都几乎大同小异的 可能有很多人会抱怨比较闷 但是UOA的做工老实说相当不错的 以SV这种不算走高档价格的项目来说 我第一次拿钥匙时是有被impressed到 里面给的器具或设备比如门窗，扶手，卫浴设备，地板面料等这些都是肉眼可见地扎实有质感，就连墙壁都几乎是平滑没有波纹的，相比我之前跟某些名牌发展商买的手工差defects多到受不了的单位，UOA反而让我挺满意的。还有UOA有一个优点是他们的landscape不会差，虽然不是特别新颖的设计但是在简单中还是能体现层次感，这点就很不错。

我两年前住在Bangsar South South View Serviced Apartments住了两年, 电车近不过吃东西蛮不方便的，像华人kopitiam之类的都很远，大多数都是吃空人钱包的餐厅。

是的，那里比较商业化，所以办公大楼居多 多数都是餐厅 cafes等，吃的都比较中上的价位～那之后是 搬离开bs了吗？😁

恭喜你！ 会是各有千秋。 GoodWood没有那么多单位，单位是属于比较大户型的。 goodwood属于比较中上价位。target的住户和租客都会有些不一样。可能租给家庭式 或比较有budget的，or 可以有灵活性 做co-living

@@kIRa-zu4ii 那可不一定哟， 容易租出去的地方 不代表就一定房价会起得快或高。 还是要看是什么需求的人想要住在那个地方。 打个比喻， 一些旅游区的租金可能比一些普通住宅区的租金回酬高，但是 要转售可能是一些住宅区多人买来自住的人会来得容易转手。

In terms of future exit strategy, more units=more competition and also higher chance of having lelong units dragging down the price of the overall project. Pre launching projects are for young people with no cash so you buy inflated property that you are suffering loss for the first 10 years. How many 10 years youngsters have? Btw, I have already prepared cash for lelong unit of southlink. Cheaper and more profit than these first hand buyers.
