Bien hecho. Me subscribi'. My Costa Rican wife uses andar in place of estar. Confuses me mucho.

Muchas gracias. Andar séria más utilisado en Mexico ? Qué tal en España ?

¡De nada! Para contestar tu pregunta la verdad es que no sabemos como usan el verbo andar en España. No somos de España. Solo sabemos que estos 9 usos están usados en México. Sabemos que caminar es el verbo que se usa en México para expresar "to walk" y leímos que en España es usual decir andar para expresar "to walk". Espero esto te ayude.

Do they use andar in a similar manner in Spain?
@anytimeespanol6 күн бұрын
In Spain, the normal way to refer to "to walk" is with the verb "andar", but in Latin America we use the verb "caminar". In Latin America, "caminar" specifically means "to walk", whereas "andar" doesn't specify the means of the movement. For example: Andar en bici - To ride a bike Andar a caballo - To ride a horse Andar a pie - To go on foot (to walk) The other uses of andar should be very similar to how they use "andar" in Spain, except Spain doesn't use the expression "Ándale"
