Yara broke my damn heart. She’s insanely beautiful. The fact Jovi just sat there and didn’t deny the things she was saying about herself was a bigger red flag. I just sat there like dude! Tell her “No no no. This has nothing to do with you lacking anything. This is a problem within myself. You are beautiful inside and out, and I hate that I made you feel that way.” To be very honest I can relate to her. My husband also struggles with a sex/porn addiction. It’s caused him to go over the line many times. I use to keep it on my shoulders thinking something must be wrong with me for him to do what he does. Until I had a total awakening. Age brought wisdom and I realized I was putting something on my shoulders that didn’t belong to me. Anyone else out there going through it, please know that you didn’t cause it and you cannot fix it. They must see the light and be willing to do the work. You are not imperfect and it has nothing to do with you not being enough. I know it sounds cliche as hell, but it truly is true. Take that weight off your shoulders and give it back to them where it belongs; and let them unpack it. It’s not yours to carry.
