90. TK Synergy Traction Elevators at Homewood Suites Oceanfront - Myrtle Beach, SC w/Room Tour

As of 2022, this is now a Homewood Suites.
(Elevators: 5/24/19 & Room Tour: 5/26/19) Here it is... The South Bay Inn & Suites Elevators and room tour, my longest (and most liked) Elevator video that I have done ever! This video is dedicated to KZbin users Floridian Elevators, Escalatorgeek881 (sadly closed his account recently :( ), The Elevator Geek, and upanddownadventures. This also marks my first encounter with the CE Electronics Voice (some refer to TK Voice) on film. This was the hotel that I stayed at during my Myrtle Beach trip.

About the Elevators:
This hotel has 4 TK elevators (with the new logo!!!!) with Concave MAD BP fixtures (originally thought they were MAD BS VR fixtures, but MAD BP is the actual name for those buttons) with the CE Electronics Voice (or TK Voice) that serves 19 floors altogether that were installed in 2018. I am only going to get 2 of the 4 elevators because the cabs in all Elevators are the same. The elevator chimes are all the same pitch. The elevator lobby has 2 sets of two elevators on each wall with blue-illuminating MAD BP call stations between both sets of elevators. All 4 elevators have the outside lanterns with the floor indicator on all floors, and have single slide open doors as well. Something rather interesting about them is the internal lanterns in the elevators, 3 elevators have the dot matrix triangles (Green for up, red for down), while the 4th one (one of the Elevators featured) having the regular TK lantern. Also, the 4th one has a rear door and accesses the mezzanine level and the roof (idk if mezzanine was open to the public, but the roof was locked) each floor has a rear door associated with it. All the rear floors except GR, MR (1R), LR, and Roof (All led to no-no zones) were open to the public, floors 2R, 4R-PHR led to the other rooms on that specific floor. The elevators are really fast too.
About the Hotel:
Basically, this is a modern hotel that has a completely indoor waterpark (originally half indoor and half outdoor) with two hot tubs and two water slides, a nice lobby, and very nice, cool, modern rooms. Something quite interesting about this hotel is that the Lobby is on the Third Floor instead of the first floor as it usually is. They share a parking garage with the Bay View Resort (which had 2 6-story Schindler 330A's, but I didn't film them) so that parking can be a little easier. This hotel is about 10 months old when this was taken. The hotel staff were very nice, and they have activities for people of all ages!
Overall, I recommend staying in this hotel when you go to Myrtle Beach for Vacation.

Not really, but you do need one to access your room, if you are staying there.

Unfortunately, when this hotel became a Homewood Suites, these elevators are keycarded. The highest floor you can go is L.
