I prefer flour for soft shell tacos . I have a cheese knife specifically for cheese. It has a cut out center so cheese doesn't ever stick. I love it! Great video Vivian!!

The tortilla depends on the meal. I like corn tortillas for when I'm feeling like crunchy tacos, or to eat with caldo. I like flour tortillas when it comes to breakfast tacos or brisket tacos. The best is a freshly made flour tortilla hot off the comal with a bit of butter. Mmmm. Now I'm hungry! lol Great video as always!

When you showed the close-up of the knife, there was no "diamond" coating on the actual part of the blade that does the cutting! It's amazing that since the '50s the same gadget ads have been running. Virtually unchanged!

basic paper is what you want, yours is good. its a common test for knife makers looking for clean smooth slices through the paper to tearing you don't wanna chop at the paper . the diamond dust in the ceramic is for a selling point. they thropw the tomato at the blade. that blade will go dull and requires a special sharpener to resharpen
