900HP BMW 335i - MASSIVE BURNOUT - Single Turbo N54

This is one evil machine! The most powerful e91 BMW 335i in Europe, maybe even in the world! The stock twin turbo system has been replaced by a 64mm single turbocharger. With 2.5 bar (36 psi) of boost the engine develops 870 bhp.
All those horses were fully used by doing some epic burnouts at Zandvoort racetrack (The Netherlands).

The car is beautiful and a fkn beast but what the hell happened with the burnouts? I was expecting a summernats burnout but when it got good its just stopped :/

Metalwasp The owner of the car told me it's quite hard to do a proper burnout because the transmission automatically shifts up at 6700 rpm (it's a 6 speed auto) which makes the power drop significantly. Also, the transmission started slipping since it's still stock and it has a hard time putting all that power to the wheels. A third restricting factor is the electronics. Apparently the water temperature rises very quickly when you do burnouts like this. When the temperature gets too high, the ECU just limits the engine's power. Furthermore, there can be problems with ABS and DSC (dynamic stability control). So yeah, the burnouts would be a lot better with a manual gearbox I guess

bmwM3e46turbo, it has boost by gear. It only pushes full boost from 4th gear and up. Then it makes approximately 900bhp (that's about 750 wheel)

this turbo setup ist just tooo big. huuuge turbo lag in low rpm....it dont even can do a normal burnout
