Please help me. I am 65 years and have been diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis NMO over two years ago. I don't think I have the right neurologist. I live in NYC

Hello everyone My sister has been diagnosed with MT sadly few months ago after she contracted covid ,she has had plasma exchange and now IVIG but nothing is working one of worst symptoms is her legs are severely cold , please advise if anyone reads this 🤲🤲🙏 Thank you
