That looks like one of the two girls from a certain soap in the Lottery advert. The Butlins one dates from 1992-93 onwards. Remember the Toffee Crisp one quite well. It has to be 1994 for me and you are spot on. Sounds like Smith and Jones, the comic duo from the 1980s in the Kitekat advert.

It was definitely 1994 because I remember so clear the California Sunkist ad and being 12 years old in the first year of High school and from that moment on really wanting to go to LA!!..it was the same year Lois & Clark:The new adventures of Superman with Dean Cain & Teri Hatcher premiered on the BBC also so that was another reason I wanted to go to Hollywood!!...funny how you remember the strangest details!. Have tried to find the Sunkist urangatan ad for years too!. Defiantly 1994!!.x :)

JVC 3DPhonic was never quite as good as a proper Dolby Pro Logic surround sound home cinema system with full 5 speaker sound, it merely expanded the stereo soundstage to sound wider and bigger.
