I use this lens on my Sony a7iv and I am getting a lot of blurred high noise images. Perhaps it’s a defective lens? My Sony 20mm f1.8 takes crisper images at 2.8 and higher hit rate. I might return it to get another copy not sure though.

If you consistently are getting blurred photos which you don’t get with other lenses, then you might want to have it checked indeed 👍
