It will work but need not open the whole printer. Just attach pipe to the empty cartridges and not new one and ensure you have got the ink flow stopper with the CISS Kit.

dont try these ideas at home, i done as told in videos but printer damaged fully.... ink pipe will stuck in printer..... better purchase new ink tank printer instead wasting money and time...
