Nice samples you pulled guys. I always enjoy seeing what you get from your samples when you pan them out. It would had been nice to see a starting weight of the ore, and the weight of the gold that came out, so we could get an idea of the grade of the ore. People like to see the numbers, specifically, Oz per ton. Thanks for the awesome videos, guys! Been watching for a long time now, and I still love to see what you come up with!

That grinder seems pretty amazing for what it is. . It seems like it could be hopper fed with a few parts and a dry day or area.
@joeljeffery87044 жыл бұрын
I did notice the lack of black sands. But you did get great results with the samples. Thanks Oh, one more thing maybe you could fabricate a little hopper box to fit on your crusher, might make it easier.

Cool video and seemingly a pretty decent claim from the amount of gold in those small samples. It was interesting to see the different shades of the five samples. I think it was sample three which appeared quite red after the crushing, and the final one was quite pale. I'm guessing that the red was more iron oxide, but was likely the cause for the paleness of the final sample?

Thx for video man I just paned a few samples now and got nothing but pyrite. But I found a few spots that are really good and have a bunch of gold flake its just unsafe to get to when its raining and wet so I'm anxious to get my sleucer on Monday and get alot of material and hopefully get some nuggets. Good luck to you and God bless man I watch all your videos btw 👊

What are you looking for black sand or gold does all your samples have gold in them and is there anything with mining
@paulcallicoat75974 жыл бұрын
I would think that this ore is ideal for bioleaching. Bioleaching is a simple and effective technology for metal extraction from low-grade ores and mineral concentrates. Metal recovery from sulfide minerals is based on the activity of chemolithotrophic bacteria, mainly Thiobacillus ferrooxidans and T. thiooxidans, which convert insoluble metal sulfides into soluble metal sulfates.I believe this is the method used in Mongolia at the Oyu Tolgoi as well as South American mines..Your prospect might be easier to process because it has less copper present and not such a cold,dry climate.What was the assay on your samples?

That mill feed makes me extremely tense XD If you aren't married to that case, maybe tilt the feed nozzle back a few degrees to let gravity deal with getting the rocks into the mill and then put a simple flap on top (think big rig exhaust pipe) so you don't have to leave your hand over an exposed hole.

M. Stratix answered before me..black sands...wet pans look as if you're doing concrete/plaster finishing...like making a slurry; must be some gold everywhere, drilling might also help you pinpoint a source (see comments of others below). Get your crew, make your slogan/motto "We find em, we mine em"...where's that DDB girl with the trailer and generator?

I think your feed tube is mounted on the wrong side of the axle. Rotation swings up on your feed side throwing your material back up at you. On the other side the swing inside would be moving downward keeping all of your material inside and bypassing your feed chute. Just sayin that ought to solve the problem on your next build.

Their main business prospecting for other companies and people that have claims or own land. They also have a bunch of their own claims and show what they find. Sometimes they will pull out a couple tons of material for themselves if it's really high grade, or they will lease or sell a claim, depending on what they find. The geology lessons are just a freebie because he enjoys it, and what else would he fill the videos with otherwise?

Takes about 10 years to get a mine going in BC. We are an exploration stage company which means we prospect and option or sell to larger private or public companies to develop. We also are hired to preform exploration work. We have only ever done small scale mining twice on a couple small high grade veins. The permitting process here takes forever and is costly generally for what we want to do so we generally try to option before then.
