adding a 6 unit Traffic Advisor on the back of the HVAC would have been sweep

If nobody sees this emergency vehicle responding with this amount of lights on it then they must be crazy ❤ the rap on it but the way 🎉🎉

The intersection sweep with the Argis is a great idea! Is there a way to turn it off while responding during fog or other poor visibility conditions? I know you could bump down to level 2, but I wasn't sure if you could avoid losing all of the priority warning. Also, does the operator have the option for manual control in level 3 (search, looking for house numbers, etc) or does the lighting need to be backed down?

Yes slider 2 will turn it of along with park mode. You can move the controller for it at anytime and it will override the sweep mode.

Someone should introduce them to dual head radios.

Why does it require a aux hvac system

To keep medications and other equipment in a temperature controlled environment when the vehicle is not running.

@@NX-gw7wg Interesting, is the vehicle not stored inside between calls? The amount of meds that need to be in fridges are very few and can easily be kept in a 1x1 fridge.
@NX-gw7wg2 жыл бұрын
@@hihfty Not at this department. They're hospital based and don't have a garage. This is only one of 3 main squad trucks, 2 of which are regular medics and the 3rd is the shift supervisor (platoon cheif) that also runs their own calls or backs up the hospital's other units as needed. This system in particular also runs 3 MICUs 24/7 and staffs I believe 2 or 3 different volunteer department's 1st due ambulances during the day.

@@hihfty It's also there to keep the equipment batteries and non refrigerated meds from freezing in the winter and to keep stuff from overheating in the summer.

@@NX-gw7wg that makes sense. Did not realize the vehicle wouldn’t benefit from being indoors and having shore power to keep battery’s charged.

Safety, some areas also do have a need for it perhaps for rescue if fire or police aren’t available.

Lights on a running board are a waste. They are not visible in traffic.

That roof ac is so unnecessary and the hood decals are completely blocked. Why no Amber in park mode?

Why use the big hvac system ? The truck doesn’t come with ac/heat ?

The roof mounted HVAC seems unnecessary. The checkerboard graphics are hideous and all the different decals on the rear half of the sides is overkill and makes it look way too busy.
