But it's disadvantage is less suspension travel

Good review sir there are some stupids showing the Vstrom as a nothing motorcycle and they are just showing the on paper figures and comparing that..but we don't ride paper we ride bike..You have shown how it's useful in day to day usage i own Vstrom and my friend own Yezdi adventure both are awesome bikes but when coming to the city riding i can ride Vstrom under 50kmph in 5th gear but it's not happening on Yezdi..and both are having there pros and cons..And i like the way you explained all the differences..Good and genuine review..

Ya exactly Vstrom engine reliability is superb.. very beginner friendly and it will not urge you to give throotle like ktm. But when we rev hard it have bunch of power to deliver...

@@aaron_varghese its not perfect off roader. Suspension is bit stiff in rear. I got some scratchy sound after rain but now its not. Tail section was simple. Due to light nature it affect in cross winds. Horn was like scooty so i changed it to loud. But i think these are not deal breaker. Pro: Super smooth refined engine. Good brakes. Comfortable riding stance. New design so turning much heads in roads. I think it was more practical bike . Also comfortable for pillion. So i think its very good bike and i loving it. But many speaking to me compare it with ktm but i think both have different characteristic and i never got dissappointed.

Yesterday I cruised on Xpulse at 80-100 on a ride of 200km and on some straight stretches at 110kmph. Bought the used Xpulse at just 1.2L. Handled all off-roads without a sweat. Beautiful suspension

While everything is fine, the name V-Strom does not justify the engine configuration of this 250cc. V-Strom essentially has a V-twin configuration that is seen in the 650 and 1000 cc bikes. They could have named this 250 cc single something different. Rest all is fine.

Yezdi adventure is a good bike but its engine sound is very annoying as well as a heating issue. In all the Yezdi bikes it has the same problem while sitting on the bike you can feel the engine sound.

Recommend V strom if you are ok with the height of the bike. Initially, it's quite unnerving as you can't flatfoot the bike. After some time you will get used to it only if you are 5.7 and above. Engine is nice and refined and a little more fuel efficient. Seating posture is more relaxed in the suzuki while Honda is more committed. Honda cb300f is surprisingly buzzy from 6000 rpm, which defeats the purpose of these high CC engines. The low torque and midrange is very strong in the Honda. Vstrom is very relaxed. I have booked VStrom as I need a highway tourer with good cruising capability and relaxed driving. For city use Honda cb300f is a better choice especially as it is almost 50k cheaper than Vstrom

vstrom is too safe for beginners as it was more refined and upto 4500 rpm you wont get any pickup but after that you will have much power... I too a beginner with 0 bike driving experience .. i rode honda shine for 10 times thats all my bike experience but now im very much confident with vstrom and riding it daily... It is very beginner friendly..

@@91Wheels It's strange because another reviewer said that yezdi's seat has a gradient in softness.. upper cushion is soft, middle is harder and lowest is hardest. If this is true, this is the best seat for long rides. You don't need soft seats all through as after a while your body sinks to the base of the soft cushion and you start feeling the jerks from the hard frame underneath.

What is the meaning of purchasing this motorcycle.. Let me tell you Suzuki Gixer 250 on the road price is approx 1.95 lacs and V STROM 250 approx price is 2.50 lac for the same engine, also note company mention this is a touring bike, but still not upgraded the led indicator 2. Shock absorbers are sick they can't handle even Speed Breakers here in mumbai, so offloading is not at all possible for this motorcycle 3. A common sense person who knows about the bikes will definitely not invest in this machine 4. The exhaust note is just wow 😍 but the exhaust design is very outdated 5. After 70 km pillion will get out of the bike and they need rest, because pillion is not comfortable at all and the company is mentioning that it is a touring motorcycle 6. Service here in Mumbai is pathetic.. They don't even have spare disc pads in Workshop it took me 1 week to install disc pads of this motorcycle 7. Fuel tank capacity just 12 l for touring motorcycle👎🏻 i like the motorcycle, but suzuki did a mistake that just modifying body parts over the gixer 250 which is very much disappointing for the price.. I am facing those problems that's why writing a review, last month I sold my V STROM 250.. There are other options which are better than the V STROM 250.. DON'T WATCH YOU TUBE VIDEOS AND JUDGE OR BUY THE MOTORCYCLES, TAKE A TEST RIDES BE SMART AND INVEST SMARTLY TOO, Because nowadays JO DHIKTA HAI WAHI BIKHTA HAI 😂 sirf show ke liye acchi bike hai., baki not that value for money motorcycle... 👎🏻 Thank you
