A fellow student in school would transcribe many flute pieces for soprano sax. I always loved hearing her play these pieces on sax. Flutist here. Your performance of the the Chaminade was brilliant. When I started to listen to this I I thought that it was beautiful, but as the piece continued I was terrified. Wierd feeling, I have never heard a soprano saxophone played like that. This performance is incredible. How can you that instrument like that? I had to look your bio immediately. You are amazing.

Valentin, wonderful choice of material. I love your diaphragm control, phrasing, articulation and delicate dynamic expression. The saxophone really captures the emotion that went into the composition of this piece, so this is not a profane transcription by any means. Love 💕 that you went for the high D at the end. Any chance of your trying this on a clarinet? ·
