There is a product called Karskin. It comes in an emerald green can. If you can find a can of it alloy do is squirter it on a damp clean wash cloth and gently rub. Most of that old oxidation will rub off and I think you can get back most of the gloss in your paint. It might be worth more to leave it alone but my dad and I got the sap from a plumb tree off my mom's 68 beetle. It looked brand new! Your Ford is a beautiful time capsule. Very fine example of authentic Ford motor Co. Product. I don't want to tell you what to do with your beautiful modle A phantom but if you ever get the urge to see what it might have looked like brand new karskin is a wonderful product that is simple to use and you can work one square foot at a time and relax while you bring the paint back to life. C heck with the concourse division and see if it will affect the value of your original model A ? Just an idea, might not be Hoyas in the antique world. I love your old buggy!
