Thank you very much for the quick reply, Kenneth. I will definitely give it a try. Have a nice evening because I think you’re nine hours ahead of me here in California.🙂

Nice build, good job. I have a 1927 GMC pickup that I've been restoring off and on for about 6yrs. Your video has motivated me to go out and turn a few wrenches on the old girl.

Excellent looking build. I have constructed a couple of ICM aircraft and have been fairly happy with their kits.

Hi Kenneth, thank you very much for the video. The model turned out well. I might have to give this a go myself. I wanted to ask you, what kind of CA glue are you using? Take care, David.
@NorwegianModellingBench3 ай бұрын
Hi David! Thank you so much, I appreciate it. I am using VMS CA glue, which I can highly recommend. Stay safe.

As always with the helpful tips. Thanks. Don't think I'll be buying this set anytime soon since I don't fancy the car model too much but I am buying from ukrainian manufacturers and from ukrainian dealers. As for mould lines and fit and such; I am currently building 1/72 sets from Amodel and there are mould lines and fit issues and what have you but I enjoy having to test fit several steps ahead and cut and trim and improvise in the hope of making something ok out of it.
@NorwegianModellingBench3 ай бұрын
Thank you, glad you found it helpful. Great to hear that you support Ukranian manufacturers 👏 Some kits are just a nightmare, but if the subject is interesting you just have to soldier on 😉

This kit just came out and looks more detailed than their Ford Model T. Thank you for the detailed build. Lately, Ukraine kits are a bit vague fit-wise but more than make up for it with interesting subjects. I love that Japanese precision but how many Hondas and Ninjas can a guy build?
@NorwegianModellingBench3 ай бұрын
Yes it was recently released, and definitely not a bad kit, but as you say a bit vague fit wise. Checking out different brands is wise to get a bit of variation and different challenges.

@@NorwegianModellingBench I'm not sure how many vintage American Monogram kits are floating around in your local aftermarket but highly recommend the Monogram pre-war cars in 1/24. They are old but a delight to build. They have a Bugatti, a couple of Duesenberg SJ's, a Rolls, a Packard Boat Tail. All great kits. I get them off eBay and at shows.
@NorwegianModellingBench3 ай бұрын
@@cratecruncher4974 Monogram kits are very hard to find over here. I have read many good reviews of them but I haven’t had the pleasure of testing them out.

I noticed you used two different airbrushes. Is that to quickly change between needle sizes, or do you just have favorites for different type of spraying?
@NorwegianModellingBench3 ай бұрын
That is well spotted. They have different needle sizes, and it depends on the type of spraying as you say. Also, if I am working with different paint types in a session, then I make sure to dedicate an airbrush for each type, to avoid clogging etc

@NorwegianModellingBench3 ай бұрын
