Nice vid! i have the same truck and engine, had a misfire for the last 5 years or so which s annoying and makes the exhaust smell like raw gas, its fuckin awful lol. tuning mine up this weekend and this vid sure will help this first timer

Sometimes a real pissy running Chevy like that can have a weak fuel pump or clogged fuel filter also.

A good vidya to watch even after a couple years. I have a 1990 S10 4.3. Was wondering why your engine didn't shake a bit when cranking and idling, well its because the 4.3s before 1992 didn't have balance shafts, and from then onward, they did. You still got this truck?

Sadly no I ended up selling this one after the last video of it which is on my channel . This should have been one truck I should have kept but I also have a 1990 S10 Blazer 4 wheel drive 4.3 that's on the channel and a new vid will be uploaded tonight on that.

Umm in the rear of the block ? I believe it was threw the wheel wells and a swivel socket an extension

I have 93 chevy s10 4.3L 4 wheel drive. I have crank an power just no start. Having major problems figuring out what to do. Just rode it home one eve an got in the next morning no start

Okay so let me get this straight it will turn over but it just won't kick off and run?? If so then it sounds like a bad ignition module and that cause no spark

If I could send a video of what it's doing I would I got it started now its a slight miss when it When I put it in reverse it misses a lot and put it in neutral. It doesn't miss I put it in drive and starts missing again real hard

I’m sure you’ve gotten it fixed by now but the same thing happened to mine a while back I forget the exact name of the part but i think it was an ignition control module that was either in or under the distributor

I just found Another one for $30 it's dual exhaust not sure if it's flowmaster or not but I am gonna throw it on an see how it sounds if it's to quiet then I'm gonna install this other exhaust I have from junkyard for $20 bucks I got . It's a actual flowmaster but single all the way back tho

The vacuum hose to a T fitting that goes to intake that controls vacuum for the vents inside the truck .
