Hands down I am super happy with my rewards. About 21k units so far and some luck. They just need to add a big buff element of fun to the sbc. Such a boring crystal. Also I tracked all openings in detail which helped me realize how important this was to my roster

Overall i spent 19k units. I was able to rank up 5 7*s to rank 3. A few to rank2. Pulled several 7*s. Ton of gold. All in all I’m happy. Just opening the SBCs didn’t feel good.

Agreed. I feel bad for the players that can't spend like you and I. This event was more so made for people that spend. Really not much participating from f2p accounts. The rewards in the milestones are really nice imo, but only a few can reach it. I had to spend around 15k(if not more.) units to reach all the milestones. That is NOT a light number lol. How many points you got ?

As a non-legit Thronebreaker player I grinded arena all year for units for Banquet event. Pre banquet I had enough resources for my first rank 3 7*. I spent all my units, almost 40k and will now be able to rank 3 5 7* and at least 6-7 r2 7* where I previously only had 2. For my account it's been worth it.

Im paragon, and instead of spending hours of not touching grass, I am gonna spend hours of dojng something productive and wait till next year where I am going to get those same things for very less work in story quests. I genuinely don't understand mcoc players at all.

16k saved units got me trash in the Gamble on Crystals, but it got me Valiant on the milestone rewards and currently only 320 million points community from Duping the latest 7* release.which I could take to R3 for free if I choose, then will get more rewards at the end of the event. its a tough call balancing which rewards are best.

The big problem here is the SBCs, drops were ass, most of the rewards in them we can get from the BGs store, WITHOUT SPENDING UNITS, yes, they focus on the milestones, and thats how they get you. Before all we have were the GBCs, they were mid and high rewards, the more crystals we opened, more chances to get the good stuff, rare champions such as Weapon X, Jessica Jones, fully formed 6* crystals, 6* nexus crystals, and more. Now...all we get is 1500 7* shards, SUPER LOW catalyst fragments and yes, gold, ISO, lots of both, but...is that enough? As I said before, last time we got good things from milestones and crystals, this time we only get the good stuff from milestones, wich is not great for most players. I agree with you, overall, its a mid event...it doesnt really feel as special as it should because of the 10 year anniversary, its quite lame tbh. The gift doesnt make up for it. This will, indeed, disencourage people to save units for the Banquet next year. I know I dont regret not grinding for it for sure, I would be pissed if I spended lot of time playing to get units just to get mid rewards. I learned from past events that this game doesnt reward grinders, they reward spenders, as soon as they said time has no value I knew I had to play less, and I did it. No regrets. I play whenever I want/can and I get whatever I can, Im not a competitive player and Im in a 2 active players alliance, Im full chill on this mofo. I do sorry for those who keep playing so hard and spending a lot of money though, they deserve better.

Personally, the cyber event didn't have anything I wanted or needed. This unit event has the opportunity to awaken the new isophne and get some other new champs I might need. Something that I will potentially need going forward thru new content.

The problem is rhe cyrstals are stuffed full of resources we dont give a f about. Cause we can get them easily. Keys 7* crystals and selectors were way too rare. And the lack of rk 1-2 or 2-3 gems is bad too. Those drops rates were ass. Dropped $1000 and only landed 1 7*. Granted it was a rare champ selector. That drop rate is way too horrible. For $1000 i should gotten another selector key or titan crystal. And the smount of shards were a joke too. Shouldve also had a chance at a fully formed 7* awaken gem too. Giving a player 500 shards for one is spittign in their face

@shamsarifin9552 never did necro either. Grinded other things. And have 24 rk 3 7*. Most of the items in the crystals are useless when you already have a bunch of rank 3s. Back then you could get 10000 6* shards when 6* were meta. Or whole 6* or 6* nexus. And the drop rates were decent. Now it's getting 1000 shards? That crap. Literally regressing. How do I go from getting 5-10k shards for meta crystals in the game. To nwp getting 1000? Literally paying for less. Literally.

@@alexmotts I understand, and that's why I mentioned this is more of an issue for high-end players. At your stage, the event feels lackluster, including the milestones. While the grinding effort is the same for everyone, the value and satisfaction differ greatly between what a lower-level roster gains and what a higher-level roster like yours gets. I don’t have a solution for this. Offering higher rewards for lower progression could drastically change their accounts, and balancing that would make the event less appealing for players with higher progression. In my previous comment, I meant that I still find those items useful, whereas you might not. Perhaps a reward system based on roster strength could help maintain balance? I’m not sure.

@shamsarifin9552 I agree with you. The only solution I see is making the future "tier" like paragon valient ECT. Be more specific. Not just having r 3k 4s for instance in the next tier. Make it 3. Then another at 12 ECT. So when opening you'll have more of a balanced crystal. Theres no reason they can't start scaling so you get according to progression levels. Just like battlegrounds circuits. Have the titles their in the same manner.

To be clear neither of these events are as good as they made it out to be and should have been. That being said, you’re never going to make everyone happy, especially in gaming. The only thing that made banquet for me as a paragon FTP player were the milestones. I did get a lot of decent rank up materials and 7* shards from the crystals, much better than what I’ve seen online and from what my alliance members have gotten, but I dropped 15k on the event, and not one more will be spent. That got me through the points needed in the realm event and all the alliance and solo milestones. I’ve still got about 5k more units I had budgeted for this event but I’m just going to hold off and put those units toward my valiant run at the beginning of the year.

people are talking shit about the event but my paragon which had severe gold and rank up material issues is stacked after starting the event with 3000 units and my uncollected account got 2 seven stars and a 6 star herc (would been 3 seven stars if I joined an alliance sooner and got those rewards :( ) no other event has progressed me this much while only spending 3-4k units.

I'm F2P and 2750 units got me 80% of a T4 Alpha and helped me got to Valiant. I planned to throw around 5k to guarantee a full T4 Alpha but then that happened so I just spend enough to get to the alliance box key milestone

Meanwhile, I already had a list of champs I wanted to rank up, so the list swells and swells. I got tens of millions in gold, ISO for days. Plenty of catalysts, the only exception being T4A. The imbalance in the accumulation of resources is frustrating. All in all, we get, what: The material to R3 four champs? And at 15,000 units spent, I’m not confident I will get any significant milestone rewards. Rich, you nailed it, “Everything’s mid.”

I liked the event but I do agree there should have being a Valiant crystal. If they didn’t want to widen the gap like they said it could have just being a limited of 10 or so crystals at a slightly higher cost. 10 extra spicy crystals might have kept everyone happy
