they are expensive, but I bought 3 pairs of new P6000 "P3" (Porsche spec, bou about 450 Canadian per piece) out of California (In 2020). For a 1985 V2 944 NA, pristine. they are sublime if you wish to stay as close to original. Yes 15 in tires on 100% original Fuchs rims.

Good timing! I have snows on now, General Altimax. Need new summer tires because the old ones will not pass inspection. Currently replacing Kumho Platinums and I loved them but, of course, they no longer make them in 15." I was kicking around possibly Kumho Solus or Falkens. I will definitely check out the Hankooks. I have the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 on my 944 S2. They are not a recommendation by Porsche but they are one of the best Sports Car Tires on the market. Especially in the rain they work awesome. Bevor I had the Pirelli Tires and it's a really big difference. I gained so much trust in the rain.

I wish I could run sport pilots but unfortunately they don’t make them in a 15” size. Great choice!

Yup! The s2 models have a different offset and suspension setup with bigger wheels as standard. I’ll touch on it in a future video when I talk about suspension!

You still liking your Hankooks? I'm buying a set from Walmart and having them installed this weekend. Was $605 online with tax, mounted, balanced. Plus Hankook is running an $80 dollar rebate. Did your installer bust your nuggets because they are not V-rated tires?

I absolutely love these tires they’ve been great. And nope it’s tough to find H or S speed 15inch tires nowadays anyways. I think the speed rating on this is up to 130mph so still plenty above what we can do on the street and not immediately be thrown in cuffs and have our cars impounded! 😅😅😅😅 Then again I think for a track setup 16s with some real sticky tires would be the way to go anyways for 150mph plus. $500 and change fully installed out the door is a crazy amazing deal you’re gonna be a happy camper. I paid $700 for discount (America Tire) to install em. Just wait until you drive in the rain these tires eat standing water for breakfast.
