Shamiso removed from a CemAir flight for 'unruly' behaviour

Shamiso Mosaka, an influencer & television presenter, was asked to disembark from a CemAir flight.
She was escorted off the aeroplane by police officers and she filmed most of the interaction on a live video.

For someone who worked for an airline for more then 10 years, we have never forcefully removed a passenger from a flight for cursing whomever they where talking to in THEIR phone. The only time would be when they unruly to either the crew ,or other passengers onboard. So something is not adding up here.

👍 4 lvls of threat fact is she was off the vessel and then breach the flight deck so in that moment lvl 4 but by any threat lvl the door stays closed …. That went fast from lvl 1 to 4 . But only we see half of the „proof videos“

These two seem to be out to sensationalize things, possibly in solidarity with a fellow "celebrity". I doubt she was kicked off just for foul language. She may have been warned and been uncooperative before it came down to that. It's in the contract of passenger rules not to use threatening language, among many other things. I am most likely to believe this Insta girl was being a diva, than that the cabin crew had a vendetta against her - they probably don't even know her, or care about her due to her Instagram clout

The statement does state that involving the police was 3rd intervention. Cabin crew spoke to her and she was rude, the captain next and she was rude to him as well and finally she had to be removed and that’s an SAPS job.

The whole Instagram live video is on KZbin -the announcement to put phones away hadn't been issued; they were still boarding. The female flight attendant, Shameka, walked up to Shamiso and asked HER specifically to put her phone away, and then turned to her fellow cabin crew member to speak angrily, using profanity: she said, "How many times do I have to tell these fucking people the same thing?" The flight attendant was simply bullying Shamiso. This had nothing to do with flight regulations.

Hi. I was on that same flight. I saw everything as it was happening. So the argument is that passengers are not allowed to swear while boarding and being on the plane entirely. HOWEVER, the same flight attendant Shamika, was also using F-bombs left and right. Surely by that same logic of following the law, especially her being an employee, she should suffer the same consequences. Yet she didn't? Now why would that be?

@@comfortskha2600 and again, as someone that was on that same flight, she was not reprimanded. It was very clear that they were moving on from the situation. They were coddling her like a baby when she was the aggressor and constantly remained unprofessional. So no, this has nothing to do with following aviation laws as 1. the situation should have never escalated the way it did 2. they would've also asked Shamika, the flight attendant to transfer to a different flight/boarding time. They should've essentially reached common ground and seperate both parties at fault.
