Its the Management, half the time editors would rather cut all.that fluff, but the "suites" im.sure were like, "cut the clip as per the show" so people can get the overall experience of the show. Also im sure they wanted to put the news team on- opening doors. So yes, i can understand the frustration, but you also have to remember, most people that have creative control over these things are older, and have a set way of doing things. I am an editor by profession, and trust me...I know
