I have a Brinley that I leave attached to my John Deere GX335. When it rains and the lawn gets away from me, I mow with my Kubota GR2120 and then run over with the Deere and vac to clean up the windrows. Yours looks very well built and relatively simple. My unit starts under load so you hope it starts with the first couple pulls. It almost always does. Love your channel.

I'm not sure. Both the tractor and mow-n-vac are about 20 years old.

New they run $1500 on up, now used ones they are around $500 on up but you can find them cheaper if you look and don’t wait until the fall to buy it.

A more flexible vac tube is better, but you still have to remember no tight turns! If you had a quick disconnect at the top of the shoot, you could use the dump feature of the trailer! Then a backup and dump would work up to a point. Now you should turn over the leaf pile, and add some lye to it, after it decomposes a bit more spread it into garden beds and other ares for fertilizer raw food scraps can also be added ( just no meats or oils). And roses love used coffee grounds!

Thanks, Rick. The issue is that they don't have a place to dump it. They need the leaves in that pile. It would be perfect to dump in a field or somewhere you could rototill it under and use it as compost.
