95 Plymouth Voyager original stereo removal and new deck install. (Como reemplazar el estereo)

The adventure van gets a new stereo with blue tooth and some new speakers. The original stereo only picked up AM stations for some reason so it had to go. This isn’t the fanciest stereo, but it works, I gained blue tooth connectivity, and it came with four 6 1/2 inch speakers to replace the original ones that didn’t work.

My radio just stopped working and it's breaking my heart. It makes fuzzy static noises on fm stations at high volume but nothing on the am stations. I have no choice but to have a mechanic look at it. I can't find any advice on 95 caravan issues to troubleshoot it

I even tried checking the wire in the back of the radio and I couldn't get that far, don't have a 10mm. I might just have to get rid of it and look for something else

Sorry to hear that. Caravan 92-95 should be the same as my voyager, they just have different nameplates. I just decided to replace my radio, when mine was doing the same thing. Hope it works out for you

I was able to clean all the connections in the back of the radio, it improved the clarity of sound slightly but t the problem is still happening. I might have to give in and buy another radio. I was so proud to have an original 😔

I just searched on ebay, you can probably find it on amazon or the big auto part stores
