So many desire that ocean front (or backing) estate dream home with a beach. But if the beach is public then there isn't privacy. I think most beaches are public? Not sure if there are any that are private belonging to the home on Oahu. So there was a market for this home...which should have long since been sold. :)

The shorelines in Hawaii are public. There's no private beach in Hawaii. All beaches have public accesses to them.
