I got to tell you this...my wife had a (what she would call) heavy day, ie a day, that pulled her down. So when she wanted to go to bed I put on these sounds and poured a glass of red wine for each of us. I didn't particularly believe it would work for me. Until I tried it and had the best experience possible. However, I reached a place I didn't know existed. I found myself in a space similar to a galaxy and there were luminous portals, maybe I'm going crazy or did this really happen? Afterwards, the peace I felt when passing through the portal was incredible and there I activated something in me, a kind of healing and another of challenge.
