I will never forget the day my 2 year old and I stood in the door way of a run down trailer home in the middle of nowhere, with no money or job, that I realized everything worked out for the best. It dawned on me that each time I made a life decision and positively went through its process I always ended up in a much better place. I had learned to stop trying to control and obsess over the process and accepted the outcomes, which were consistently good. It was that day that I also ceased praying to something outside of myself realizing the answers were internal. I need only to take the best possible action that creates positive reactions. Twenty four years ago that perspective became my new religion; it gives me peace and progress.

When I was 5 months pregnant with my first child, I had an incredible out of body experience, absolutely stunning. It changed everything for me from that day forward. I was suddenly above the earth, flying through the stars into the horizon. But in a non physical form, pure light, yet all my senses were fully engaged, even ones I forgot I had. The sun was just beginning to crest over the edge of the planet, the bright glow covering the earth like a soft blanket of light. I felt pure love, total, absolute bliss. There was this awesome, perfect & powerful sound~ so complete, so beautiful. The only way I can even come close to describing it, it was similar to a beautiful, chorus of sound that reverberated through the spirit. But it wasn't voices or instruments, it was beyond words in its reverent beauty, just so incredible. I felt my heart swell with total gratitude and absolute bliss. And then I met my son, Landon. I knew him instantly, infinitely, completely. I felt his energy all around me, throughout every atom of my being. When he was born 4 months later, the nurse placed him in my arms and he stared right at me, right through my eyes, into my soul for what felt like forever. They say newborns can't focus but he was. And right then & there, I knew we'd known each other before, for eternity. Even as a child, he was always light years beyond his age, very advanced, an old soul. Even as my child, he was my teacher & still is today, as a grown man with a life of his own. But the memory of that experience still inspires awe, etched in my heart & mind, more a remembering than a memory. And throughout my life, whenever I question everything, I remember that profound gift of knowing that there is so much more to our existence than this lifetime, this experience. There is a grand design that we seldom glimpse. And like a diamond with many facets, this is but one of infinite experiences, each an important part of our journey contributing to the whole. We are pure energy, connected through infinite love and light to an ever expanding higher consciousness, the divine creative energy source of all.

I survived a tragic airplane crash that took the life of a good friend of mine this week. I watched my conscious self leave my physical body before the aircraft struck the ground from an unrecoverable stall spin. I never felt so much beautiful light, pure love and peace. When I came back into my body, I felt no pain....I had very little injury from what most people would call an unsurvivable situation. The other pilot and friend survived for 3 days but unfortunately decided to proceed on his soul journey.......this music really helps me find peace.

It is only a dream for me. I have been depressed for 30 yrs and I feel worse now than before in all that time. I cannot remember what a happy thought feels like and I wonder what people are feeling when I see them talk and laugh and smile. I think they are crazy because there is no future with any hope because of climate change and the very sudden rise in right wing ideology caused by climate change refugees entering Europe in their millions. I can see the pathway to war already here and climate change has only been happening abruptly for a few yrs. When the arctic Ice is gone the world will change dramatically in just a couple of yrs as agricultural crops will fail causing panic and anger and only the richer people will be able to buy what they need.

I believe I found this because God put right in my lap anally struggling, I was going down the line praying it does work power of prayer does work for sure I’m loving proof! I know for a fact God is real, what do you guys think happens when you pass do you think we see our loved ones again? Any kiss I have a new baby five days ago and I have been struggling with 3 kids under 5 I’m 38 and husband is 46 I’m scared we’re too old, the reality of being older has hit me for the first time ever I i’ve never really thought about it then all of a sudden hit me like a ton of bricks we are getting older we will die I pray that we live long enough to our children and be there for them, I know if people pray for us (oh and especially for our newborn ones daughter she’s not sleeping and crying so so much I’m not sure if it’s her tummy or what obese V please V pray we work this out!! Gosh O!!! U made me cry so hard because my childhood traumas have engulfed almost all my life and happiness but today seeing g all this! U people are amazing!! I have never done any kind of meditation or spiritual study. I've always believed in it, just never took the time to act on it. My family and I have been through HELL the past 7 years. Благодарю за пожелания,..однако это не сбыточно!,такое всё сразу не сбывается,..а гаммы три в одном придумал я, ещё восемь лет назад,случайно записал два проникновенный чудотворный звон колоколов+мощьную мантру ОМ и получилось частями вызывает с мозга сакральную энергию,запись всего 25 минут и в ней по два раза по две минуты и один отрывок пять минут,..это вспышки нейронной энергии 200-400 вспышек в минуту и нужно быть осторожным,мозг может сгореть( мозг выглядит как шаровая молния),очень лечебная,Но смертоносная,..и зависит от микрофонов и динамиков диктофонов,..пока повторно не могу произвести такую запись,а тот диктофон встроенная батарея сдохла и карта памяти встроенная в диктофон. Вот теперь ищу похожую запись,но пока безрезультатно,есть которые вызывают меганейронную энергию,Но не сакральную,хотя и нейронная энергия лечебная,а мега,да же очень лечебная,а сакральная она делает вспышки,Аш на пол черепа сразу плавно шипящие,как свч. Your positive energy and encouraging sentiments are truly refreshing. But, the "they" you speak of are tearing us all apart. Chaos, disease, destruction, and hate is rampant and overwhelming. Sadly, they seem to be winning out. If we had a lot more good people like you, then I think changes would be possible. Never give up, keep trying, remain positive, and stay safe.

As it is natural to feel that way considering the state of the world.But I feel like I can't give up hope, I don't want to allow the people who have hurt me to turn me into something I am not. I like to believe there is an uncorrupted part inside of me that no one can taint! I've been robbed of my innocence, I've been abused by the person I loved the most. It shattered me, but I still refuse to let these things erase the goodness that can be found in other people or even inside me. You are very kind and I am sure there's enough good people in this world. If we all rise up and say: it's enough! ...If we only had the courage...Because I do believe we have that power, but let ourselves be divided , they play on our feelings so we turn against each other. I like box breathing because I get stressed and more anxious having to count breaths and hold. Instead I find any box or rectangle object or trace it on my leg just breathing in at my own pace following one side up, exhaling following along the top, inhaling following down the side, exhaling following along the bottom. No pressure to count or hold or force my breath, it just slows naturally with this technique
