To keep it from tilting you could simply squeeze the top part of the brackets slightly with a large pair of channel lock pliers. That way it would fit in the brackets nice and snug.

Just did this today and fits great! I used 2 zip ties to stop it from tilting, works and is very cheap. I've been meaning to get a cargo cover but too expisive, thanks for the idea

So far the tilt hasn't had any issues but im also trying to figure out a way to add a removable clip that can move sideways to keep it from doing that.

@@thebravoconnection946 try a strip of Velcro. Loop it under the bracket, an just make it long enough to secure the cover.

I’m about to get some wood panels and cut it to fit inside the cargo space and build a shelf…. Maybe I can mount brackets to the side wall on the interior so I can hold it in place and possibly make it and option to take it out if needed

I bought a tarp for $3 from Harbor freight. A $7 grommet set from Lowes, hair holders that are like rubber bands, and little hooks that'll hold coffee cups to attach. Removes quickly .

That's a sweet idea to stop the back piece from lifting drill a hole in the back and thread a wing nut on both sides so if you want to remove it's easy and that'll put pressure on the piece should stop it from lifting up

Awesome video. I have been looking for an alternative cargo cargo. Thanks for the video. Also, I had a question about the leather seats. Do you know if you are able to fully recline them like the stock cloth seats as long as the frame has that option? or Do you lose that feature going leather? Asking because I have leathers just sitting in storage, not sure I would swap it unless it retains the fully recline feature of the cloths.

Where did you find the brackets that go to ends of the cargo cover? Not the one from the junk yard that you cut but the others that holds the cargo cover in place next to the back seats? I think those are from junk yard too. I am taking mine (just picked it up for $20 on FB) to the local hardware store and find something that will work.

Just a slight tilt where normal keep them for comfort for passengers.

Sounds to me like you need a new clutch. Usually a worn out clutch will just rev up and car will not accelerate. I also recommend to join the Facebook crv enthusiasts group , alot people willing to help with these questions and we have thousands of members. Good luck.
