0:08 service Manual pages for TDC 7:08 important* crankshaft pulley rotates 180degrees but that translates to camshaft gears only moving 90deg…? 1:25 hand to plug hole building compression. Indicates TDC 2:16 timing mark indentations. Have marker for future ref 8:16 torque specs at page …6-7(?) in service Manual

Can I adjust the valves simply where they are loose as I spin the engine or does it have to be specific and do I need to do it in a specific order?

Manuals all state each cylinder valve lash must be done in firing order on compression stroke at top dead center.
