The fact that as soon as this news broke it was immediately followed up with "leaks" that it's a nontraditional substance (like pre-workout) shows how ridiculous the NFL is when it comes to how they react to criminal offenses (both prosecuted and allegations) compared to infractions that are on page 472 of the 950-page iTunes User Agreement. If it's for weed, it's a BS suspension but I get it and he should know better by now. But if it's really for pre-workout or some over the counter supplement like what's been leaked? The league can GTFOH with that nonsense.

These guys are told in high school, in college, in pro orientation, and by COMMON SENSE to put NOTHING in their body without checking with the compliance people! Dan Campbell was 9-26-1 overall to start his coaching career. He is now 29-27-1 coaching in Detroit. (34-34-1 overall). Do you realize how hard it is to dig out of a start like that? Amazing coaching and darn glad to have him in Detroit.

I have said it before and I still believe it, when the Lions hoist the Lombardi people will look back the drafts and say the 2023 class is the one that transformed the team from a good team to a great team. Gibbs, Campbell, La Porta, Branch? That was one helluva job by Holmes. Seattle picking Witherspoon is turning out to be a blessing. Yeah, the Lions missed out on a shutdown corner, but the trade that came from that made Gibbs and La Porta Lions. And Branch. He stuck around to walk the carpet on day two, the only guy to hang around and do that, because he wanted the experience but also because he wanted to put the league on notice. I should have been a first round pick and all of you who disagreed will feel my wrath. He's the Saint Brown of the defense. Plays with a chip and smart as hell. What a steal. That win was HUGE. We couldn't let Minnesota get off to a 6-0 start and now the Lions control their destiny. They are the lead dog now, and the other teams have to catch em. With Frisco falling by the wayside, I don't see which team is poised to do that. GB? Well, they'll get a chance to burst that balloon in a couple weeks. That is the one, next to the Cowboys, I circled on my personal "please kick their ass" list when the schedule came out. I would like to see the Lions drive the Lombardi down the street named after Lombardi after their cocky-ass coach talked smack about the Lions raising a banner in honor of winning the division. That joker gave me one more reason to despise that team and their arrogant fanbase. In the meantime, don't look past the Titans. They may suck, but any given Sunday as they say.

@@Twinpeeks989 considering Crosby has mentioned on numerous occasions that if he wasn’t a raider he’d want to be a lion and be coached by Campbell… I don’t know why we’d sell ourselves short and not attempt a trade for him. We should bring him home. I hate the idea of giving up draft capital for any players right now.. but Crosby would be worth it depending on what picks we are talking about. He fits our team perfectly. Myles Garrett is not Detroit material. Myles Garrett is so damn good, but every time I listen to him talk I have such disdain for him. We have an identity for the first time in my lifetime and it feels great. There’s really no need to talk about anyone else to trade for in my mind (that are possibly open for trades). I’m not knocking what you’re saying at all - I’m just saying it’s Crosby or just keep what we got for now. Our locker room is the best I’ve ever seen it (from a culture standpoint) and adding anyone not named Crosby doesn’t make sense to me. #freejamo

Honestly, it would suck but Jaymo isnt even performing to where the Lions should keep him. He's non existant some games and, yes he'll have a deep threat here and there and drop some blocks. Trade him, save the money and give that to BB. Bring somebody else in (DB) or stay put with who you they have. Jaymo seems like he's a cool dude, but in a business/team sense it doesnt make sense to keep him.
