Yeah, there is a french store called "Leroy Merlin" who sells Tesa locks (even the tk100 model, its highest model) Thirard, Standers and Dom (I saw the Dom Diamant sold there) so some of them are high quality locks and most of them basic ones. Don´t mess with a Cisa Astral, they are bad boys! ;o)))) their keyways can be really tricky, more than this one becouse the high quality pins they have. Great picking! In my general experience this French ‘in store’ brand usually make locks of very little challenge, so when I bought a couple of these I was expecting the same. It was actually quite a surprise how tricky it was to pick, and of course find the right tools to pick it with. That keyway doesn’t help!

Sure! in the field you can ear the drill noise just a minute later that any locksmith see the keyway, I think not worth to waste time trying to pick it if you are not used to this model. Yeah, it´s not usual to find this nice keyway design in this brand, in fact they usually made keyways larger than the standard locks you can find in the market. In this home store you can find the Dom Diamant and buy it, so they sell high quality locks too. Thanks a lot for watching and comment ;o))

Thanks John! sadly I rec this vid months ago and didn´t rec the repair. The repair half is now in TuMay picking house. I have to start to rec this kind of things. The third drivers get stuch in a plug hole. I drill the plug and take it out. When I want to be careful and don´t mess the lock, I make a 2mm hole in the plug, make a thread to M2.5, and put an screw in it so I can pull out the plug like it would be corkscrew. Then I can put the same plug in the lock. You can put a 2.5 screw in it, and cut it flush, to cover the hole or leave it open, doesn´t affect to the lock functioning. Cheers! ;o)

Buenas! A nosotros nos funciona lo que comenta Jesús Flaviano. Coge el cilindro con la mano y golpea con golpes secos sobre un taco de madera por la parte de los tapones y la mayoría de veces sale disparado el rotor. Saludos

Buenas una cosa que me ha funcionado en algunos casos es golpear el cilindr en el cabo de un martillo o madera mientras haces in poco de presion en el rotor hacia adentro golpea la parte donde estan los contrapernos ...salidos desde tampico tamaulioas méxico

Todos coinciden en lo mismo, "no indican el tipo de acido" y si lo hacen, es un ácido corrosivo que NO causa que el metal se descomponga de forma inmediata.

Es un recurso muy socorrido. Generalmente son herramientas demasiado flexibles para ser usadas en bocallaves normales, pero en uno muy restrictivo, con muchos puntos de contacto de la herramienta con los laterales, pueden funcionar realmente bien. Habitualmente las uso con slider superiores. Un saludo ;o)

Hola, este cilindro es gama media baja, es muy entretenido al ganzuado, pero cuando hablamos de seguridad en una puerta son muchas cosas las que hay que tener en cuenta. La puerta y cómo está instalada, cerradura o cerraduras, cilindro, escudo... Si nos ceñimos al cilindro, este solo tiene rotura programada. Depende del escudo que tengas puesto. Un saludo

Pero que pasa que sean biselados? Quiero decir, hay que hacer más fuerza? Menos?? Podrías explicar las principales diferencias de los Aserrados, biselados, spools etc etc ? Gracias!

Hola! los pernos biselados producen un efecto muy concreto cuando intentas ganzuarlos, y es que se pasan con extrema facilidad. Para evitar que se pasen hay que trabajar con tensión alta (o muy alta) y ellos te van dando pequeños clics que se traducen en pequeños avances. Es un juego de paciencia. Los aserrados y spools son pernos que tienen uno o varios huecos y que producen un efecto totalmente contrario al de los biselados. Cuando los ganzúas, caes en lo que se denomina "falso colocado" (tienes una descripción del efecto en este vídeo: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Znm9kmlmo9OqoqM) y para salir de él hay que trabajar con poca tensión. Si mezclas de manera eficaz los dos efectos en una cerradura, obligas al ganzuador a trabajar variando mucho la tensión a lo largo de la misma, y eso se traduce en más posibilidades de comenter un error y no conseguir la apertura. Es fácil de contar pero difícil de fabricar, así que el cilindro tiene mérito. Espero que te sirva la explicación, un saludo ;o)

It really is! no, it´s not, it´s a French manufacturer I think. It´s a brand you can find in "Leroy Merlin" a big french home depot store. They usually have basic locks but they also sell high quality locks from other brands like Tesa or Dom. Thanks a lot for watching and comment my friend ;o)

Sure, it´s not usual to find such a cool lock in this brand catalog, in fact they usually make locks with a larger keyways than other brands. Love it, but was a nightmare to find the right tools ;o)))))
